I used to love you guys until I started getting dried up skinny strings of gyro meat on my gyro salad. On doordash you give no options to add more meat or change the meat either or customize your salad. All your other food seems to be good but the salads are lacking and very disappointing. You used to get the same sized cut of meat you but in the gyro calzones, I'm not sure who's idea it was to cut them into skinny strips to save on money but the meat is hard and gross now. Do better Sarpino's!!
Expensive pizza for what you got. 2 large pizzas, over $50. The service was questionable. Took a long time, even though one guy said it was just coming out. There was a mixup on something with the printer to label the pizzas and that threw everything way off. I liked the specialty cheese one, but I would've been better fully warm. 3.99 for a 2 liter was too much, also. But I bought it because I was treating my brother after his house fire.
I ordered Sarpinos through Uber Eats, and while the driver arrived on time, my order was incorrect. After waiting 35 minutes longer than expected, my calzone was delivered with cold cheese that hadn’t melted at all, as if they had just added shredded cheese without baking it. Additionally, the tiramisu I ordered was completely frozen and rock solid. Overall, the food and service were both disappointing. I won't be ordering from them again.
I then called Pizza Man, and although they also confirmed that delivery was closed, when they heard about my experience waiting on hold at Sarpino's, they took my order anyway. Their driver even made the effort to bring me my pizza, despite me being slightly outside their delivery zone. If you're looking for good customer service, reach out to Liz and Chad at Pizza Man—they really know how to take care of their customers!

I didn't order a soggy, undercooked pizza with an excessive amount of sauce, but that's exactly what I received today. My orders have been inconsistent lately. Update: I ordered a few pizzas after that, and they turned out well. However, in my third order, it was undercooked again. I'm done ordering from here; they clearly can't be trusted to prepare a simple pizza properly. Such a disappointment.
I have always had a good experience at this location, until my last visit. One staff messed up my order gave it to another customer. The 2nd staff was rude about fixing their error. They may have seen me writing up this review, cus they were able to make me a new pizza within 20 minutes and gave me a credit for one of the pizzas. 2nd staff was nicer in the end.
I used to love this place. I will never order from them again. I spoke with the manager Amber, she was very rude and condescending. I called because I was missing items from my order and she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to have it brought back out to me. Very poor customer service and they've lost me because of this
This place is horrible, I ordered a sausage calzone and the sausage didn’t appear the way I’m used to seeing it on a pizza it was a flat type of sausage with no flavor I will never purchase anything from here ever again even my salad wasn’t right The only thing that was good was my wings!!!

The pepperoni pizza with spicy ranch is the best pizza I've ever had—better than any other pizza out there. And I can't even say I'm a fan of ranch!
Got some dinner here on Saturday September 24th it was pretty expensive for one person
