I can’t believe I’m saying this because Chick-fil-A and Starbucks have always been go-to places for me due to their reputation for excellent customer service (or at least they used to be). Now, however, the staff are rude and seem indifferent towards customers, and they can’t seem to get orders right anymore. It's really disheartening.
Additionally, if you try to call the restaurant, no one answers, and they never return voicemails. Today was the final straw for me; I will never return to this location and will be sure to tell everyone I know in the area to stay away as well. I visit Chick-fil-A at least three times a week, and although a friend recently mentioned that the quality has declined, it's the closest option to my house and on my way to work. I ordered a Cobb salad without bacon, but when I received it, I noticed not only was there no bacon, but also no egg. I understand that prices have gone up due to inflation, but paying $10 for that salad seemed excessive. I had to go inside and ask about the missing egg, mentioning how small the salad was. They added the egg and took care of it, which was appreciated.
The restaurant is excellent, but my experience during the interview process was disappointing. The person who interviewed me today was quite rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. His facial expressions were unwelcoming as well. I've never felt so uneasy during an interview. I will definitely not be pursuing a job at this establishment. They really need someone more professional and courteous to handle interviews!
the staff is usually beautiful and they get their eating quite quickly the most time. they must stop putting serviettes on the large fries container. if they order large pommes, they should get big pommes, not small pommes with serviettes in the top to fill it. it happened a few times, so I have to check it every time I order big ones. you should get what you pay for.

Below average Chick Fil-a compared to others in the area. Go to Pinellas or the one on 4th instead who seems to take more pride in making orders correct. Large fry? Let?s fill it less than halfway. Chicken Sandwich, and asked for no pickles due to an intolerance/mild allergy?we put it on anyway. Waste of money to go to this Chick location compared to any others.

each Chick-Fil-A is busy and this is not an exception. the service is fast and good. the chicken sandwich is famous and I don't have to say much about it. this time I brought the milkshakes, both are on average at best, for the price and the size, many places can be slightly better. the shake is 2 stars for me.
Yay I finally found one open inside the dining area! Cuz I really don't like sitting in my car eating! Always love the chicken get him plain nothing on them! And love sweet tea!
