This chick fil a is close to my house, so I go here all the time. Since chick fil a is known for good service, I write this review with a high standard and comparing it to other chick fil A 's I 've been to. Customer service is great as always, but I have a few complaints. 1) I usually go during the slow hours and most of the time you can tell that the sandwich you get isn 't that fresh. The breading on the chicken is soggy and sometimes the bread even hardens up from it sitting under the heat lamp for so long. If I go in between 1-4, 9x out of 10, this is the case. Consistently SLOW drive through. Even at 7:45 pm, I waited 30 mins to get through the line. This has happened several times. I don't know what needs to improve inside, but this location seems like it could improve on its efficiency to get cars through the line faster. It's pretty disappointing when you choose the drive through for convenience, but it usually ends up being the less convenient option. Good food though, just not worth the wait.
Store was out of stock of many items including three sauces so we were offered substitutes after we had already paid. We thought we would try the substitutes since we were already there waiting in line but after pulling away with our order we found that not only did we not receive what we requested but also missing other sides. I usually love chik-fil-a and have great service but this location was not living up to their reputation.
Terrible. I ordered chicken sandwich, 4 piece chicken tender, and 2 medium fries. Got home to eat and sandwich was dry and slightly warm. Barely any pickles on it. I have been eating chick fil-a for many years coming from Ohio and this is the first my food was not fresh. Pickles small and just as dry as the sandwich. Not happy. Stop serving cold food.

Went to this one twice in one day. The dine in experience was terrible as the employees were all talking to each other and never acknowledged us. Took 15 minutes to order my food and we were the only ones in line. Later that evening, I went throughthe drive through and spent 25 minutes waiting to get my food.
You just can't beat Chick-fil-A's service and attitude. They really do have it down to a perfect science so even though they are packed the trip is quick, efficient and friendly. I don't think I have ever met a rude worker there. I always am happy to go and happier when I leave, lol.
I love Chick-fil-A, but both locations in murphysboro are extremely busy all the time it's hard to get in and out of them. The last two times I have eaten at the store it took me 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru.
Maria was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful in the drive thru! Loved her energy!! This locations always provides such an amazing experience, and my orders are always fresh and correct!!

Had a chance to pull right up to the window order my food they took my order and I had my food and was good to go in less than 5 minutes great job guys
