Friendly and accommodating staff. Initially I had gone to the Foundry Row location where I waited in the drive-thru line only to be turned down for an item on the breakfast menu because it was just a few minutes after 10:30. Called this location down the road on OM Blvd. explained the scenario and they said no problem that they could fill the order. When I arrived not only did they have the order (chicken biscuit) ready for me, but also included a complimentary side of hash browns. While there I also witnessed a staff member assisting an older patron. Though slightly further, from here on out I will visit this location. These days good customer service goes a long way.
Food is fine. Parking situation is awful. Kid loves the play area. Weird having the delivery team in the dining room and walking out the main entrance. Love mobile ordering at the table. Hate the politics of the corporate ownership. Parking: Crazy awful parking. Fighting for space in the aisles with the drive thru line. Fighting for parking spaces with the delivery cars. Not ideal. Kid-friendliness: Great kid accommodations like play places place mats, toy/dessert choice, etc.
You all most likely know how the atmosphere should be at chick fil a. These employees were screaming back and forth across to each other in pure dysfunction. I don’t think a manager was there but if it who is think it was he did not make the situation better. I was a doordasher and they were not even trying to check in with me so I could show them the order One of them lied to me and said she saw the order when she did not even look— this is her in the photo lol
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. It was a gorgeous evening after visiting my oldest at college for her upcoming birthday, and on the way home decided to stop in to grab a quick bite. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the cooler temps, and the food was brought out quickly, and was very fresh. This use to be the fastest location I had ever been to and now it is the absolute slowest. I literally go to the other 2 locations near by for way better service. Management has obviously changed for the worse. Last time in somehow I waited a half hour behind 6 cars. Not acceptable for chic fil let. Plus side is the food is still good.
