It 's fairly easy to do, except I didn 't realize it required a signature on that kiosk screen if you use a credit card. That part was a bit confusing.The sandwich itself was decent. I picked the medium spicy (you can choose), and it was the right level. The crust was crispy, and the chicken was tender although a bit springy. There's a self order kiosk, or you can talk to the worker to order. The chicken sandwich is flavorful, meat is juicy, and such a massive portion. Prices were not crazy either and pretty inexpensive. Fries were a little oversalted and not evenly seasoned but not bad.Parking: There is a decently big row of parking spots behind the building, but it can get busy as the day goes on.
Ordered delivery so I cant review their service Got curly fries and the spicy chicken sandwich and it was delicious! It was massive, flavorful, juicy, and tasty. Watch out because it does pack a punch and it is spicy like it says it is. It's spicy for me and I like spicy. I got the special sauce for an extra 60 cents and it was pretty good, nothing amazing. Will be returning!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They discarded my food after I was a bit late picking it up, yet still charged me for it! When I requested a replacement or a refund, I was just given the runaround. This was the worst customer service I've encountered in the past decade.

This chicken sandwich is exceptional! The spicy version really packs a punch. It could definitely be one of the best chicken sandwiches in Alhambra, and perhaps even in all of LA.
I absolutely love their chicken sandwich. The use of dark meat makes it incredibly juicy and flavorful. Plus, it's got just the right amount of spice, which I really enjoy.
The service takes so long, it's only one customer with 3 orders of items take at least 30 minutes...it happens at least a couple time to me..the food is good though...
Staffers could be more friendly or amenable.Food is okay.Parking: I park behind the place. Free parking garage two blocks away.

The meal is too slow! ! For a fast food restaurant, the delivery speed is ridiculously slow.
