This location needs to step up their game. After ordering my food I ordered 6 ranch. The cashier gave me the food and I asked is the ranch in there and he said should be so I pulled off and pulled over to see if all the food was there because everytime Igo something is always missing but anyway there was no ranch in the bag so I pulled back up and told them I didn 't get the ranchand she asked for the receipt I told her the cashier did not give me one then she told me that they put it in the bag and thatthey could not give me anymore. I went through the drive thru today to get a snack pack for my son on the way back home. 1st issue I had is the person that took my order needs to work on their listening skills as I had to repeat twice that my son wanted CORN NUGGETS as his side item. I get to the window, I pay receive our teas. However, when we receive our food, there was absolutely NO EMPLOYEE INTERACTION. As soon as I handed the food to my son turned around the person was gone- even before I could ask for condiments or napkins (which I DID NOT RECEIVE). After a bit of back-and-forth, the employee told me to wait, and they finally gave me ranch as I was leaving. However, when I checked the bag again, I found only five packets. On other occasions, I might have just accepted it, but given how rude they had been, I went back in to explain that I had paid for six. The staff initially refused to give it to me again and just repeated that I should wait. Eventually, the manager came to my car. I asked her why they couldn’t just give me what I had paid for, and she became defensive, claiming the employee had said the ranch was in the bag. My son drove 15 to 20 minutes across town just to bring me food because I love the fish here. However, when he returned, I found that my order didn’t include the corn nuggets I had requested as a side. Instead, I received potatoes and cole slaw, which I hadn’t ordered. Pretty sure we said BISCUITS 3 TIMES! Once when we ordered Once again when she said say it again One more time when she asked what sides we wanted. We got a sack of soggy rolls, let's not even talk about the cold chicken Golden Chick closed, this place is next then all we'll have is KFC. Sad.
