He uses only the freshest, highest quality chicken, cooked in carefully selected oils that he frequently changes to ensure a delicious product that is truly finger-lickin' good. The best part is that Fred's prices are incredibly reasonable; for the cost of a mediocre chicken sandwich from a fast-food chain, I can enjoy two fresh, high-quality chicken breasts. I find myself returning to Chicken Holiday several times a week!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and you have the option to customize your meal, whether that means dipping sauces or adjusting your order. The service is quick, and the food is fantastic!

The best roasted chicken I’ve ever tasted! It’s puzzling why people choose to go to popular Nugget franchises known for their controversial views when places like this are available. Skip the trendy drive-thru lines and treat yourself to a bucket of this delicious chicken. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent experience! The owner was so nice and accommodating. All I ordered was hot, crispy and delicious. Fried chicken, ribs, mini tacos and pommes were all excellent. Can't wait Togo back!
