Friendly service. Our waitress was so sweet, kind and not to forget to mention the gorgeous color of her hair. The plates here mix match is so adorable. The carafes of water colored bottles remind me so much of Italy. It was a nice sunny day to sit outside. It does get busy around dinner time. Please note it's BYOB. We had water and cold brew. Brick oven pizza we ordered the onion, olive, pepper pizza. The pizza was good and we did have some olive oil on the sides, red pepper flakes and parmigiana. The only downside for me was the side of shishito peppers. I'm not a big fan of peppers, so that’s just a personal preference. I would have preferred fries or something else, but maybe I can ask for a substitution next time. Overall, I was extremely impressed and will definitely return for a sit-down meal to try the pizzas and indulge in that tempting French onion soup. Also, as a side note, I suspect the bread they use at Cafe Volan is the sourdough from here, and I have to say, I’ve never tasted anything so delicious in my life!

This charming little spot, housed in a former auto repair shop, serves up incredible wood-fired pizzas that are both subtly topped and absolutely delicious. I tried the oven-roasted wings with a white balsamic glaze (a special), and they were among the best I’ve ever tasted! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The atmosphere is lovely, albeit cozy—so close that I could feel the heat from the oven on the back of my neck! I can’t wait to return very soon!

I usually stick to my favorite pizza place in Asbury, but I decided to give Medusa a try and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient while I took my time deciding. I ordered the specialty pizza topped with braised pork and a fried egg. I’m a big fan of runny yolks on pizza, and this one did not disappoint—it was absolutely delicious! Medusa Pizza is delicious. They know the art of making pizza. We tried Margherita and pesto. Hits the spot. Crust is chewy, charred, the sauce has a slight smokiness and vegetables are fresh, The waitress and overall service is amazing. Definitely going back if I am in the area again.

This is the best pizza I've ever had! It's a non-traditional style, but absolutely delicious! The brisket and gravy pizza is simply amazing! The staff is very friendly, and Pony, the host and server, is fantastic!

All I have to say is order the fennel and sausage pie. Best white pie I had in my life. Also had a really good clam special. Plus it's BYOB. Cant wait to come back!

Had a white pizza was excellent. Spouse had French dip and mussels delicious. Will definitely go back!
