Chicken Hub - Reserva de mesa

We fell for the advertising promising "The Best Chips in Adelaide" and bought takeaway dinner there.  The fish was fresh from the freezer and the chips tasted like frozen oven cooked chips, most unappetising. The shop is unwelcoming and cold, especially on a June night and the staff are not very friendly. Interestingly they class dim sims, chiko rolls etc as "Condiments" on their menu board, obviously not knowing what a condiment is. I imagine they only do business due to the dearth of good takeaways in Aberfoyle Park. We certainly won't return.

Stopped with my daughter for a quick lunch. She had no idea what she wanted and the gentleman behind the counter told her "you want a chicken fillet burger with a handful of chippies!" Turns out that is exactly what she wanted. When it came out it was huge. It looked fresh and she said it was amazing. I had the chicken and gravy roll which was equally as good. We both got a bag of chips. My daughter is a big eater but she couldn't finish it all. However she did manage to eat a pineapple fritter. Nice clean place. We will go back.

Always come here when I'm in the neighborhood. Their chips are really good, crispy and not too salty. I've ordered other food on the menu and they tasted just fine. Staff weren't really friendly since I rarely get a smile or how are you from them. Just straight to the point. It takes a while to get your order finished, especially on their rush hour.

The owners/workers there are friendly and the chips are the best ever.Shop has the days paper to read, good magazines and an extensive delicious menu. For me, the positive is Gluten Free chicken (stuffing is so good) and chips as well. We keep going back and we have never been disappointed ever! Reserva una mesa ahora

Good food as far as takeaway goes. A little overpriced though and the food seems to smell better than it tastes. Staff member named Cameron was very helpful and deserves an instant pay rise.

We approached this store quite recently and found it quite satisfying, we ordered an amount that fitted our budget but what we got was a whole hearted

The Chicken Hub has been here for a long time and served many tasty chickens over the years. Friendly service and many things to chose from the menu.

Long gone are the comfortable, plain surroundings of your fair dinkum chicken store and in there place are shiny edges and crisp counter tops. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great tasting fish and chips, although a little pricey. Always full of customers, so a hit with a lot of people.

While this place has very much changed since it donned the 'Charcoal Chicken' name, it still serves great food.
