High quality chicken. Very well-managed restaurant. Employees have been consistently good over the years. Food is consistently good. Comes out fast, too. I order a bunch of food and it comes out in like ten minutes. I waited longer than 10 minutes at McDonald's the other day. Definitely the best chicken spot in the area. One of the best in the capital district. My favorite sauce is hot honey. They do really well with customizations if you want things extra crispy extra saucy and extra bacon like I do. First timer at the Troy, NY location. Ate in around noon. Fast and friendly counter service. They even brought the food out when it was ready. Nice and hot. I had the Classic Chicken crispy) sandwich and the crispy french fries. Both were excellent. The quality on the chicken was almost as good as the standard setting Chic Filet. My friend had the mashed potato cones a ball of deep fried mashed potatoes) and I tried one and will get those from now on. They were stellar. Place was clean although the eating area is due for a refresh. Overall I'd give them 4.5 stars if that were an option.
This restaurant has the best customer service, which is why I keep coming back. I've never been disappointed with the food either. So far, we've tried the boneless wings, which were amazing, and the sweet toast, which is to die for. The baked beans were another hit, and the Philly steak was fresh and delicious, though it could have used a bit more seasoning. Overall, a fantastic experience!
Chicken Joe's is the notes. Seriously. The chicken is perfectly cooked and ridiculously fresh and the sandwiches are insane. The staff in Troy are amazing, and even though they had a hiccup during opening, they've all remained so positive and pleasant. Keep it up, CJs, you're a different breed of chicken.

The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. However, I'm not a fan of the potato salad as it seemed to be made with Miracle Whip, which doesn't sit right with me, haha. Despite that, I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return. The staff was truly phenomenal—kudos to them!
Amazing, amazing, amazing! The three-piece meal was incredibly fresh, and the corn fritters were both sweet and crispy. The nuggets were juicy, and the fried brownies were out of this world! I can definitely see this place becoming a regular spot for us. We will definitely be back!
The Gentleman running the register and who took our order was the KINDEST man ever!!!! We was polite and extremely efficient. The Barbecue Chicken sandwich I had was DELICIOUS and the Corn fritters were AWESOME too!!! I would HIGHLY Recommend this Chicken Joe's!!!
My kids wanted dinner from here tonight, and I never even heard about you guys. All I have to say is, 'yum '!!!! Was so good, and we 'll be back!
