Chicken Salad Chick

Very good option for a light meal. No carbohydrate rich, fried, fatty, or otherwise heavy options on the menu. What is on the menu is a lot of very tasty chicken salad options, several of which are quite spicy (yum Coca-cola fountain drinks and 2 lemonades and iced tea available for drink options. Also, water, always a favorite. Very stylish and, might I say, ladylike decor. The booths have tablecloths, very fancy!Currently decorated for the Christmas season. Some give yourself a gift and take time out for a meal with some friends. This is a Great place to catch-up with someone you've not seen for a while, or even someone you talk to constantly. You'll see.

I am very disappointed. We have been here before and the service and food were great, but today was the opposite. We ordered at 7:21 and got the food at 7:53, after we had to remind them and they were literally cleaning the kitchen and had forgotten about us. The food was okay but the scoops we had ordered were smaller and skimpier than usual and they were out of the potato soup we wanted. The lady at the front counter barely said a word to us the entire time and we received no apology or discount when we got our food. We never got our receipt back after asking for it. This is not the service I expect from chicken salad chick and they can do better.

Also, water, always a favorite. Very stylish and, I could say ladylike decor. The stands have tablecloths, very chic! At Christmas time decorated. Some give themselves a gift and take time for a meal with some friends. This is a great place to talk to someone you haven't seen for a while, or even someone you're always talking to. You'll see.

Ordered at the drive through. The To Go sandwich and fruit salad were served in a styrofoam tray that I took home. The fruit had fallen out of its compartment, but was fresh and bite sized. I looked forward to the Cranberry Kelli but got Fancy Nancy. Despite this the sandwich was great. I was offered lettuce tomato and said yes, but was not on the sandwich. I think I must have gotten someone else’s order. I’ve been to this location for dine in and drive through before and will continue to go because the food is always great. Reserva una mesa ahora

I’ve eaten at many chicken salad chick locations, from Tampa to Memphis. The Pensacola location is by far the worst one I’ve been to. Their recipes always taste like they’ve deviated from what Chicken Salad Chick Corporate intends them to be. Other locations taste DEVINE! Multiple times I’ve had broccoli salad made with old broccoli, or jalapeño Holly with pounds of salt in it. You can definitely tell when employees put thought and care into making food. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.

Going downhill! The cashier with the cross earring looked at me then continue to look down on his phone. Ignoring me until I had to say are you ready to take my order? . He was short with me with an I don 't care attitude. Suddenly just bout everything we wanted was not available. So we decided to just leave and eat somewhere else. When this place first opened customer service was amazing. Too many restaurants to here, to deal with customer service like this!

I'm in love. Apart from the fact that her food is delicious, it's just such a refreshing idea. There are so many ways to make chicken salad and they offer many of them. You can also find a wide selection of tasty and reasonably healthy sides such as broccoli salad or tomatoes bisque on the day I went. This is one of my new favorite offbeat Fast Food Stops. I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed if you prefer a fat burger.

Chicken salad is delicious but don't order fruit on the side. Whoever is in the kitchen doesn't know what rotten fruit looks like. They served it.
