The food was notably good, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. While the service was decent, it did not quite stand out, leading to a rating of 3. The overall atmosphere of the place was also average, receiving a score of 3. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a quick meal at an affordable price.
I accidentally went to the wrong line and instead of going ahead and taking my order from where the woman was standing she made me go back around in the line had grown by about six cars. I thought that was quite rude when I could have placed my order and been on my way. All I wanted was a kale salad that was it. But know that was not to happen that would have been too easy. So let's make a customer's life a little bit more difficult for the day. Okay Carry on
I entered the restaurant to order takeout but didn't find what I was looking for. I inquired about chicken nuggets larger than the 12 or 15-piece options, and they informed me that they offer a 30-piece order, which I decided to get. However, I was quite disappointed when I took a bite— the chicken was dry and chewy, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. This was unacceptable, and I don't think I'll be returning to this location again.
Cindy, the drive-thru manager, is amazing! She noticed I had the wrong sandwich and stopped me as I was leaving the parking lot to give me the correct one. This is exceptional customer service! It was late night and we just arrived to our destination. Looking for a quick bite. We came to chick fil A. They were closing however they were amazing. We are in and didn?t rush us or anything in fact before they closed they offered us a refill of ourdrinks and we needed anything else? class act customer service. Thank you
My sandwhich was amazing but my fries were old from the earlier lunch rush since I came around 1:15. Wasted money on the fries but had to go to appointment so couldn’t get fixed. But otherwise this location is pretty good. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I had never eaten in a Chick-fil-A as I live in the northeast, but had the opportunity to eat in this today. The food was delicious, the staff was fantastic and any other fast food restaurant should take lessons from them.
