Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

I entered the restaurant to order takeout but didn't find what I was looking for. I inquired about chicken nuggets larger than the 12 or 15-piece options, and they informed me that they offer a 30-piece order, which I decided to get. However, I was quite disappointed when I took a bite— the chicken was dry and chewy, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. This was unacceptable, and I don't think I'll be returning to this location again.

Since this location has switched to one lane for the drive-thru and one for mobile orders, it's clear that this was a misstep. There are about 30 cars in the drive-thru and only one for mobile. I’m not sure who made that decision, but it might be time to reconsider it. Right now, I'm stuck in the drive-thru line that stretches all the way back to AJH.

It was late night and we just arrived to our destination. Looking for a quick bite. We came to chick fil A. They were closing however they were amazing. We are in and didn?t rush us or anything in fact before they closed they offered us a refill of ourdrinks and we needed anything else? class act customer service. Thank you

I dined here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic—much better than the fast food places in the area. We absolutely LOVE our Chick-fil-A! The only negative thing I can mention is that we specifically asked for ketchup, but we didn’t receive any. However, it wasn’t a big deal; we went right back through the drive-thru, and they were more than happy to give us the ketchup! Service: Takeout, Meal type: Dinner.
