Let's start with the dump of a bldg. Hand rails broken and dangling. Indoor/outdoor carpet laid in the hallway to the bathrooms full of dangerous ripples, tarps hanging up to hide something in 2 large areas. Server was fabulous! There were 4 of us who drove over 1 hour to eat there. Food arrives for 3 of them and I was told the kitchen burned my meatball sub and was making a new one. Things did not improve from there. The food was still great, but our dessert was disappointingly served in a plastic container, as if we were at a drive-thru. After we dropped off our payment ticket, we waited for our server to return, only to eventually have to go to the register ourselves. There, I learned that the server hadn’t collected payment at the table. Instead, she could process our payment at the register, which she did without ever informing us while we were seated. She also didn’t offer to assist us with the doors on our way out.

Looked good online because of reviews, but once we arrived on a Saturday evening we should have realized something was off by the very few cars in the parking lot. We thought maybe we beat the dinner rush. Even though it was about 5:30. We got our table and ordered drinks. Within minutes we were surrounded by fruit flies. Literally everywhere. It was so disgusting we just left. I can only imagine how many bugs end up in the food. How is this place even open? I've never seen that many fruit flies anywhere let alone a restaurant. Disgusting. To make matters worse, the poor waitress was the only one serving all the tables. We placed our order and waited nearly two hours for our food to arrive. The noise level was overwhelming, with small children running around and their families not paying any attention. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won't be returning. We spent $80 on meals that should have cost about $10. Even though we only took a small bite of the subs, we weren't offered any refund. My family and I left feeling hungry and let down.
I've only ordered through Doordash, but have been satisfied both times. They didn't send silverware or napkins with either of my delivery orders and that can be an issue for us ordering while at work. The philly cheese steak is good, but doesn't have enough meat to balance out the bread/vegetable ratio. I'd rather pay a $1 more for the sub and get more meat. I've never been inside the restaurant so I can't speak on the condition of the building or waitstaff.
I ordered seafood pasta and had a broken shell in it and they would not let me order something else with out paying for both. There are fruitfulness all over flying at our table. Owner refused and made us pay for the food I didn't get. Food was good but it was very clear our server was smitten by my husband and doted up on him while seeming to not care about me at all...not okay. Though the food was good it killed my appetite to be treated like I didn't matter so I will not be back for awhile.Food: 4/5
Terrible food, service and interior. There are damaged and dirty dishes. Water and all drinks from their water are like from a swamp.
