Very disappointed with today's visit. I went thru drive-thru. Husband ordered 2 spicy AND one plain. I corrected him and said regular. when we received our food it was one spicy and one spicy no pickle. I needed 3 sandwiches (ok simple miscommunicationand think young man who took my order was frustrated but polite since cc machine had been not functioning properly for severaltransactions before me. . I told girl in pick up window I would come in as not to disrupt flow. I walked in and there was theusual line. So I went to the side counter and explained my problem that i still needed a sandwich and will need to pay for it.The person that helped me asked another staff member and was told that...
Honestly, if I could give Chick-fil-A Altoona negative stars I would. I have visited this location twice, once to give it a chance as a customer and today as an UberEats deliverer. Both times I have experienced the worst customer service. I literallyhad four associates look directly at me without acknowledgment, despite standing at the register. This had happened to me thefirst time I visited this location. I sincerely had hoped that they'd be able to get their customer service act together, as ithas been over two years since my first visit. At this point, I'm willing to lose money by not accepting UberEats' orders fromthis business.
This is a fantastic restaurant! We learned that it’s new, and the owner was actively involved, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was excellent—served at the perfect temperature, beautifully presented, and accompanied by friendly service and delicious milkshakes! I would definitely return. It was also refreshing to see the owner working alongside everyone; he seemed like a great person to work for based on his interactions. My only suggestion would be to consider adding some outdoor seating if possible!
I finally visited this restaurant for the first time and decided to try their chicken strips along with the famous waffle fries, accompanied by a side of Chick-fil-A sauce, which is fantastic. Everything was perfect, and the staff were incredibly courteous and friendly. They even thanked me for stopping by. I went through the drive-thru, where two people were taking orders, but the service was very slow. I ended up receiving only half of my order. I ordered an iced tea, but the cashier gave me a Cherry Coke instead. When I pointed out the mistake, he insisted I had ordered Cherry Coke. I tried to call for assistance but was just given the runaround and never received a follow-up.
I recently visited this location to try a new menu item. After waiting 10 minutes and being told by an employee that the item I wanted didn’t exist, even though the signage indicated otherwise, a new employee named Bill was able to take my order successfully. However, I was disappointed when Bill didn’t say “my pleasure” at the end of our interaction.
Always delicious! We placed our order through the app and picked it up at the restaurant. After we pulled away, we realized we hadn’t received any sauce. We were driving with an equipment trailer at the time (typical!), but the sauce is so amazing that my husband happily agreed to turn around and go back for it!
