"25 people on line. 1 cashier. Took 45 minutes to get 1 chicken sandwich. Similar experience all 3 times I have gone there. Waited on line to give order and then waited even longer to get food. I experienced a 15-minute delay in the drive-thru a few weeks ago around 3 PM, so I decided to try the lobby today. It was odd that the cashier took orders from two employees before serving me. After that, I waited another 15 minutes for my order, only to find out it had been sitting behind the cash register for quite a while. I counted about 7 to 10 people just standing around, laughing, hugging, and chatting, rather than working. It seems like they hired extra staff to handle the situation, but the management of those employees is lacking. I won’t be returning.

Not a very pleasant counter person, got my order wrong. Gave a small coffee I asked for a large he told me they only have one size, get my order there are no coffee creamers ketchup napkins jelly?s out for the day. Now they open at 6am and this was9:30 they should have been out. Don?t get me wrong the small coffee was hot the food was good. I just really wanted what Iordered. For $11.00 breakfast, I don?t think that is to much to ask.

We placed our order in advance. My 12-year-old daughter didn’t check the bag when she went in to pick it up. It wasn’t until we got home that we discovered they forgot an order of fries. Now my 8-year-old son just returned from soccer practice and is feeling let down. I’m frustrated with myself for not double-checking the order. Mistakes can happen, but I didn’t think it would occur with such a small order. Lesson learned.

I had the worst service at any Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. It was incredibly slow. I had to repeat my order three times, and the girl taking my order forgot both my drink and fries (out of the three items I ordered, she got only one right). The employees seemed more focused on chatting and socializing with each other than on serving customers. The franchise owner really needs to invest in better training for the staff.
