After a long hiatus, I found myself craving Chick-fil-A last night. My husband wasn’t thrilled about it, which he made clear—there was some loud back-and-forth, and we ultimately opted for pork chops instead. Out of curiosity regarding their fries policy, I called corporate. To my surprise, they politely informed me that not only are well-done fries a no-go, but they also don’t accommodate any special requests whatsoever! No extra butter on your buns either.

The food at this location is good. From the time of opening years ago till now, I haven't had any issues with this establishment. The workers are friendly and the customer service is always on point. You wont be spending too much money here if you plan on only spending for yourself. Great lunch spot for some quick tasty food.Vegetarian options: Chick-Fil-A has vegetarian options such as salads, fries, fruits, and a couple of other options I may be missing.Kid-friendliness: This specific location has a play area for the children that come in. Terrible experience, called store at least 8 x because I ran into some trouble with my order never got through once . Arrived at the store asking to speak w manager he was unapologetic , literally acted as a NPC character. I got no feed back , he didn’t care that his store was receiving calls and not answering. I could understand if they were busy but they were not and he left me feeling empty w no solution to my problem . As a manager myself his response was not qualified for his position. Tried ordering via the app but kept receiving something went wrong error messages, so I went through the drive thru. Placed my order and after driving away noticed cream and sugar wasn 't in the bag. Turned around walked through the thunderstorm into the restaurant to get it. Once I arrived at my appt starving and ready to eat, when I unwrapped my sandwich it looked as though it didn 't have any chicken on it. Opened up the biscuit to find a chicken nugget sitting in the middle of it. Threw it in the garbage.
"I had the pleasure of meeting a star who was surprisingly down to earth and even more beautiful in person. The food, as always, was delicious and served hot. As for parking, the lot was about half full around 10:45 AM. The service was excellent, and we dined in for lunch. The price per person was between $30 and $50."
All of the staff at this location are phenomenal. But, Joelle the manager is too sweet. I had a mix-up with my order a month ago and she remembered my call. She put my information down and brought up my receipt right away. She replaced my items and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you kindly!

This was the first time I have ever eaten at this Chick-fil-A fil-A. It is a good place to have a quick meal with friends. The staff was courteous and attentive. I really enjoyed my Cobb salad. Keep up the good work.
My favorite location and my order is never wrong. Food always hot fresh
