I expressed my concerns first to the cashier, and then to the manager, explaining how disappointed I felt and that the promotion seemed misleading. The manager responded by saying many people enjoy the offer. I clarified that my family doesn’t usually consider Chick-fil-A as an option for meals. As someone who runs my own marketing business, I understand the irony of creating a campaign meant to raise awareness and enhance customer experiences, only to end up having the opposite effect. While I recognize that many people appreciate free food, it's unfortunate that the promotion excludes healthier choices, forcing customers to opt for a less healthy option over a mere 70-cent difference.

Spend your money somewhere else. The Owner Joe doesn’t care about the store and they have rude employees. The managers Joseph and Tammy obviously don’t care about the customers considering they’ve had cockroaches in the store for 3 MONTHS and still have made no action at all. We placed our order through the mobile app for in-store pickup. The food was prepared and warm by the time we arrived, and everything matched our order perfectly. The tables looked clean and the place wasn't crowded at all. There's also ample parking available at this location. We'll definitely come back if we're in the area!
The restaurant is very clean and has a modern design, complete with a play area for kids. The staff was consistently cleaning the floors, and the customer service was exceptional.
