Upon arriving at the window, I noticed an employee in casual attire—shorts and a t-shirt, along with a backpack—hovering near the fountain drink machine, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate given the food context. Emily, the manager, was neither welcoming nor friendly. To make matters worse, my food—specifically the chicken biscuit—was undercooked. The biscuit was raw and fell apart, and the chicken was also not fully cooked.

This is the worst Chic fil A me and my family have ever been to . They asked us if we're dinning in to have a seat they will come to take our order. They never came. Another family said they went through the long wait and had to complain for serves. I let them know and they didn't seem to care. They just said they are sorry. Took the family to Guadalajara Mexican Grill. They were pack but quick with serves.
They provide a nice military discount, which I appreciated. I ordered an 8-piece nugget meal, a cookies and cream milkshake, and a large waffle fry. The total came to $5.90. They prepared our order quickly and had it ready and hot in under 7 minutes.
Always a good experience at this location. I do feel like the youngsters should pay a little better attention to drivers coming up to give orders. I was skipped over and had to wait a bit longer. Other than that, the food was hot and ready per usual.

The dining experience is pleasant overall. However, there always seems to be some noisy kids outside the play area. On the bright side, the food consistently tastes great, and the staff is always very friendly.
The burger and chicken strip taste are not stable. Sometimes very crispy and tastes really good. Sometimes just too salty and hard to swallow. Prices keep going up and not friendly compared to in and out.
