Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

I have had a great experience in ordering through the store for a later pick up for a graduation party. I was greeted by two folks as I came through the door. first a Gal at the register ready to greet me with polite enthusiasm. Who then referred me to another named Charles. Charles was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, patient, and Professional. Charles, as well as all the staff in this store were refreshing, well dressed, enthusiastic, polite and willing to serve. I am from NH and never have been in a Chick-fil-A store. There is not one in Carroll County, or Stratford County NH. I hope one is being planned. For when I go back to NH I will write Chick-fil-A to encourage them to put a store in Rochester NH on the Market Basket Ridge shopping center. However! Now, I know what all the thrill of doing business with Chick-fil-A is all about. They have me as a new customer now for as long as I am here in Norristown. Thank you all, for a great experience. My wife and I went here on Saturday afternoon. I am so disappointed with this restaurant since the renovation. We placed our order and went thru the drive andwent we got to the pickup we waited for 5 minutes onky to be told we had to pull up to the parking spot for our order. We waited in the car for another 10 minutes before my wife went in to complain. It was so chaotic in there and the manager didn't give us a reason for our order not being ready. They just gave my wife our order and said sorry. We always loved chick fil a because of their values and their food but the service was absoutely horrible. We onky live right around the corner but we will NOT go there again.

Prior to remodeling, the drive thru wait time was impossible sometimes almost a hour in single line). Now, it has gotten better since final transactions take place with double lines) upon exit with your order bringing down total average wait about 2o minutes when packed. As always, food product is good worth the wait now! When proceeding to final pickup lanes, choose far left one usually faster)!

We love the food at Chic Filet and stop here frequently for takeout. It seems almost every time something is missing from the order. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone. Tonight, it was the cookies. Sometimes it's the fries, or we don't get any sauces. Warning, check the bag before driving away from the line.

I don't care if the chicken is made of gold. I'm done. Figure out better logistics for your drive thru, if it's this busy and you're making this much open a second drive thru lane. No excuse. I'm done with this company. Maybe time for a new plan.
