I received my food cold, especially the fries, which I didn’t even touch! I ordered through DoorDash, and my delivery driver was already waiting at the restaurant. However, I'm still confused about why I got cold and soggy fries! When I brought this up, the manager told me to contact DoorDash, but since they didn't prepare my food, I won't be coming back or placing another order at this location again!

Tamirah gave 110% excellent service. Unfortunately, they didn't get the order correct. So we had to wait for the items to be brought to us. They should have lunch items available especially close to the end of lunch. We arrived at 10:20 and was told tocome back in 15 minutes.

I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, and this location is among the best I've been to. The customer service is exceptional—everyone was very friendly. Plus, the food is amazing!
