Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

Completely discussed with our latest ATTEMPT to get food. Arrived at a changed closing time of 9:00, instead of advertised 10:00. Began our order at the drive through and the order taker just left in mid order. We sat for no less than 5 minutes yelling into the microphone without a response even though we could hear a conversation in the background. Manager eventually walked up to us and the three vehicles behind us to tell us they were closed. Only saving grace was he said we could go to the window and get the unsold nuggets and drinks. They did give those to us at no cost. Just can 't believe the girl simply walked away from the to go post mid order without comment.

"Blaze" was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even smile or show any friendliness. It's clear that they shouldn't be in a customer service role if they're going to behave that way.

The food was good, but it felt a bit pricey for just a few small nuggets and a small waffle fry. On the plus side, they have child-friendly meal options available.
