You are Chick fila and you have a reputation to have high quality food products. When will you live again to this reputation? You charge more than other ride through restaurants for your breakfast biscuits. But they fell into my hands every time I buy one for the last five years, at least! And what about spoon extra fat dripping on the cookies? If a customer does not make this request, you should not do it! I was in line for 12 minutes before they closed (I didn’t realize they closed at 10 PM). They were quite slow at taking and fulfilling orders, and I even noticed a young lady looking out the window counting cars, which is when I figured out they closed at 10. As soon as the clock struck 10, they changed the lanes to closed, and the automated closing notice came on. I’m not angry, just disappointed, because they really should have served the cars that were already in line before closing time.
I’m a loyal Chick-fil-A customer, but I've noticed some changes recently. The lemonade no longer tastes freshly squeezed; it seems more like store-bought lemon juice. During my last visit, I waited in a long line for over 15 minutes, only to get to the cashier and be told that breakfast had ended and lunch had started. I believe there should be a better system in place to inform customers waiting in such lengthy lines about the menu cut-off times. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience.
Never go to this Chik fil a on Hugh Howell rd. They canceled my breakfast order that I had turned off and didn't give me my money back. The manager I spoke with has red hair?t remember her name. But I was literally upset about the situation and the workers in the back are very unprofessional laughing and smiling in the background of their they do not take me seriously. Worst experience ever. I tried the frosty lemonade, which is a blend of lemonade and Ice Dream dessert, and it was excellent. It wasn't as tart as traditional lemonade, but it was very cold and creamy without being overly sweet. I highly recommend it. The staff was very attentive, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable, making it a great spot for a quick meeting.
