Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

Hi, my name is Sophia Burnette and I just moved to Winston Salem and needed a place to work. I thought Chick-fil-A would we a great place with a positive work place environment and I was wrong. Not only was the place dirty and unsanitary the managers treated the employees terribly. Nothing ever got thoroughly cleaned, food was touched with their hands, orders were constantly wrong and guests would get upset with me when it was not my fault and managers never took accountability for it. When I was hired they said it was “a zero drama” work place but mangers talked about me constantly and I had to hear it from other employees. The manager AJ confronted me multiple times threatening to fire me...

We were there to let the kids play in the playground and have a quick bite to eat. The employee was clearly annoyed when we came in and snapped at us that the playground was closed. Whatever happened to, “My Pleasure”? We just left and won't be spending our money there anymore.

Chick Fil A is probably one of the best operated fast food places. Doesn't matter which location, service and quality are usually similar.
