The guy at the front counter was obviously not fully trained, bless his heart. He fought to take our order and get it right up to the point that it took so long and we were not confident of accuracy, so we decided to mobile order from the table. The dirty table. Several dirty tables. They delivered our orders and the sprites were pure soda water, so we replaced with root beer. It was also bad, very pale in color. The root beers to front counters and replaced with lemonade, but they were out. Had to wait to pick up more from behind. After the third drink we got a good one. Eating was good, no complaints. But the garbage cans were so full that they wouldn't open up so we had to stack our garba...

I frequently stop by Chick-fil-A for lunch during the week, but recently I encountered a bit of a hiccup. On Monday, I found out my bank card had been used fraudulently, leading my bank to close it down. I completely forgot about this when I went to grab my meal, so I didn't have cash or another payment method on hand. I placed my order without a second thought, but when I got to the window and tried to pay, my card was declined! It was such an embarrassing moment! However, the wonderful staff at Chick-fil-A reassured me, comped my meal, and sent me on my way with kindness. I must say that I receive excellent service and food from the Chick fil a. I was a little occupied with my big daughters in their car seats behind and the young lady who took my order remained professional, friendly and supportive and helped me with my order and then drove to the window/door and they had waited my food. It was a great experience. It is recommended to eat there.

Very different experience from every other Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. Lackluster ordering experience and not at all up to the normal standards. The chicken on the sandwiches is getting smaller and the prices keep rising. Visited with a birthday sandwich request right at closing (spicy chicken sandwich with two chicken fillets and extra cheese), and Michael was so patient with us. He made it happen and we’re waking away with a double chicken sandwich as the last nostalgia meal of our 20’s. Killin’ the game. Good luck in culinary school, m’boy ?. 10/10.

Missing fries and Chick-fil-A sauce from 6 item drive thru order. It was late and didn’t want to drive back so I Tried calling and got routed to general Chick-fil-A hotline. Got tired of listening to hold music and drove back. After explaining to them the situation, they merely gave me the large fry and sauce they forgot.

Jack, the cashier, was absolutely incredible and friendly. I had a unique request to mix a few drinks, and he handled it with such kindness. I would give my experience with Jack a perfect 10 out of 10. I really hope management recognizes how great he is!

Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing... I received 12 of the smallest nuggets I've ever encountered! The one on the lid is the tiniest of the bunch. It's basically a morsel that would usually fall off a larger nugget. What a waste of money. Reserva una mesa ahora

The experience was fantastic! The service was impeccable, and the bungalows were beautifully designed and cozy. The chicken was wonderfully juicy and just the way I like it. The fries were perfectly crisp and went down easily.

My order was incorrect. I had to come 2 times to have my order remade.. poor customer service. I will never return to this location. Clara remade it the 1st time. It was still incorrect.
