I go through the drive-thru more at this location than an inside. I have only been inside once or twice, so I keep this point in mind when reading my review. Pros: I miss most of their kid-friendly activities! I appreciate the fact that they have them. When I did go inside, the eating area was nice and clean with enough chairs. The bathroom was also clean. My kid liked the playground. The staff, whether inside or out, are courteous and get your food to you fairly fast. The mobile orders get a line all to themselves, which is typically empty. So it's fast. Now, I didn't give this store 5 stars for a few reasons, and even then, there are alternatives. . This Chick-fil-A location has a problem with rude employees. The guy with the swooped blonde hair threw food out the window and slammed it down with an attitude. They also forgot a part of my order. When I returned to address the issue with the person at the window, who I believe was named Imani, I encountered a very unpleasant attitude. Despite explaining multiple times that it wasn't my order, I was met with, “WELL CAN I GET A TICKET FOR REFERENCE?” It's disappointing that I had to remind a Chick-fil-A employee not to be rude over a mistake in an order. Last night, we had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. The managers in gray shirts and two white male employees made us wait for our food until it was cold. It seems like this generation of workers lacks social skills and doesn’t prioritize customer service. Additionally, there are issues with bias and racism, which is concerning here in Georgia. This is why I prefer to cook at home and avoid restaurants like this one. It’s truly disheartening, and they seem to lack a sense of purpose in their work.

This place always has a line wrapped around the building with an officer directing traffic. I wish they didn't have to share the parking lot with the neighboring holiday Inn hotel because they do get a lot of drive thru traffic from that. They also get alot of folks cutting the line who don't follow the sign loop all the way around. But their food is always hot fresh theirstaff is nice. Reserva una mesa ahora

Unhelpful. Parking is horrible. They don't confirm mobile orders, so they get stolen, then the store refuses to remake the orders they allowed to be stolen. Compared to other Chick-fil-As, this is the most unhelpful, and the most unapologetic for being unhelpful.

What can I say? The food and service at Chick-fil-A are, as always, outstanding. I got a complimentary Peach Shake, and I absolutely loved it. My pleasure!

This Chick-fil-A is quite good. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the interior was clean and well-maintained.
