Excellent Fast Food restaurant to eat at and do business with! Back then I used to live in the Oak Hill Trailer Park right off of US 9 and West Farms Rd right behind the Home Depot in Howell, NJ way before I moved to Texas I would either take the NJTransit Bus Route 139 or Route 67 from US 9 South and West Farms Rd Bus Stop in Howell to US 9 South and Lanes Mill Rd Bus Stopin Howell to eat this Chick-fil-A all the time or my father would drive me to this Chick-fil-A all the time! Also I have alot ofgood friends who work at this Chick-fil-A and I?m really Best friends with the manager of this Chick-fil-A and the manager ofthis Chick-fil-A knows me very very well and I used to do alot of busin...

This place is now a joke, I went to order chicken nuggets and the Mac n cheese and once I get to the window I?m told I can?t have a fork because they are out. Then they said I can?t have my sauces because they are out but I can buy one of their bottlesof the sauce. After feeling irritated I went to put my straw into my tea and the straw was smaller then the cup. I asked can Ihave the right straw and sure enough I?m told they don?t have any. This new ownership is destroying this place. I didn?t want tobelieve all the negative things online recently but it seems they are all true.

I ordered a takeout salad the other day and was quite disappointed. The container was only half full, and some of the salad was brown. I understand that the salads likely come prepackaged to the restaurant, but I still felt let down since I had already left. I called to report the issue, and they were very understanding. Violet offered me a replacement salad and a meal for the next day, and she sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. She was incredibly friendly, and the customer service was excellent! Thank you again, Violet and the Chick-fil-A team!

This Chick-fil-A is quite problematic. Even though we are two and a half years post-COVID, this location is still functioning as if it's April 2020. The dining area remains closed, and the drive-thru is the only option for getting food. There’s no curbside pickup, no breakfast menu, and no menu board at the drive-thru, so you better know exactly what you want. None of the other Chick-fil-A locations in the area or state are operating this way anymore. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have always been a fan of Chick-fil-A due to its consistent quality. Friday nights were never disappointing, and I could always count on a tasty sandwich. The staff genuinely seemed to care about their work. However, tonight was different. The meat on my Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich was so thin that half of it was just breading. That’s why I decided to write this review.

I recently returned to this location, and now that the indoor dining is open, my experience was much better. The wait for food was short, everything was served hot, and it was a significant improvement from my previous visits.

The service at this fast food restaurant is outstanding. I really appreciate the table service. The food is delicious, and I especially enjoy their shakes.
