When I got home, I noticed they messed up my order of 4 pc chicken strips for chicken nuggets, but I ate them anyway, they tasted great and I love the crisscut fries, not excited about them hanging out the window and chit chatting till the food was ready, im not much of a talker and so the chit chat made me uncomfortable, they were very nice, but again, I'm not a chit chatter, I may go back again for strips if my wife is again craving Chick-fil-A.Parking: Parking is in middle of the drive thru which wraps around the parking lot, so, don't be parked in the p/l during their rush hour.
Stopped in here with our family on the drive to big bear. This is one of the biggest Chick-fil-A that I’ve ever been in. The location is super clean.As we were walking into the building, we were greeted by staff. The staff here were extremely friendly. I was surprised for a Friday at lunchtime that it wasn’t super crowded.I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich, lettuce, wrapped, and it came out great my son got chicken nuggets and we also got some drinks too within that.There’s a lot of on-site parking here
Festive atmosphere... great service..... drive through. One observation..ordered Peppermint Shake and some nuggets and fries... the shakes were great. The fries ? were delicious.. the nuggets were great tasting... but quite small. I was surprised by this... but since I never ordered nuggets here.. I have no idea if that's the usual size... or was this unusual .. not sure.
Not a good day today, my wife was on the drive thru and was given her food and drinksAnd one of the drinks lid was given to us lose which cause the drink to spill all over the carWe let them know what happened and they made us go back to the drive thru , not acceptable, plus having a baby was no goodWhat a terrible customer service

Just the way I like it! Perfectly spicy for an enjoyable experience—not too hot to handle. The shake was spot on! It reminded me of a classic diner from Happy Days, so good that I can imagine the Fonz saying, "Heeyyyy!" with double thumbs up!
The sauce is absolutely amazing! And while it may not be the same as Jack's Crack, the chicken fillet they offer is really fantastic.
It would be wonderful if they offered a military discount here, similar to the one available for law enforcement officers.
