Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

We stayed tonight for a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad, we waited for someone to pick up our order. No one was there, but we! a few employees watched us until the woman who seemed to be manager pushed one of them to take our order! The girl who took our order spoke very slowly and quickly and we repeated our order several times and it was quite clear that she had no desire to take our order! And finally and quickly we got a cold sandwich and a cold pommes with a salad and a drink! I was surprised by the low quality of the sandwich and the terrible customer service as broke by Chick-fil-a!

The service has declined significantly. Very long waiting times; Children's servers sometimes do a good job, but others don't. After waiting for a long time, I received the wrong order on the drive through the window and recognized the error back home. Food quality if you have the right order, still good.

Long line, but super child friendly staff made the wait worth it. Quality food and great staff make this franchise our family goto when on the street or in a pinch. There are few companies where the values show in every aspect of the company, this is one of them to the core.

I live for Peach shake season!! The chicken is always tender and delicious The help is always helpful and cordial. Wait staff everywhere should learn to say, My pleasure. . It is so much kinder and in cync with a service job, than no problem

Just a quick review, Very enjoyed my experience! Customer service was excellent, fast and friendly. The food was fantastic, delicious and properly prepared. Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested!
