**Terrible Location in Houston** I used to think this was the best Chick-fil-A in East Houston, but it has really gone downhill over the past year. They rush you through the line, and it feels chaotic with everyone trying to merge. There's no one directing traffic as there used to be. I ordered two 10-count chicken minis and one 4-count chicken minis, and you would think I could trust them to get my order right. But, of course, I should have checked because they charged me for what I wanted but gave me three 4-count chicken minis instead. You would assume they can read and count, but clearly, that's not the case. They seem more focused on getting you out the door than ensuring you have the...
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and I was very satisfied. The pricing was very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. The only downside was finding parking, which was somewhat challenging, although there is a free parking lot available. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

At the drive thru by my house 7:26 pm 8/25 come here frequently luv it. But this short young lady with these eyelashes and attitude all I could do is conduct myself dint great us rolled her eyes acted like she dint hearmy ? 's not friendlynice or respectful.....not chick-fil-a candidate for employment at any location.. .maybe Timmy chans smh.....hopefully will never have her take my order again
The food is consistently exceptional and tasty. I've never encountered any problems with the dishes here. Everything is always served hot, fresh, and promptly. The service is outstanding; everyone is friendly and positive. I’ve never left this restaurant feeling anything less than great. The service has always been top-notch.
