This is by far the worst Chik Fil A I've ever had. I visited here 5 different days on 5 different days. The service is completely unreliable and unpredictable whether your order is correct or is made correct. The staff does not seem to care if an order is incorrect or if you address a problem to them. The first time to eat in the sense of the pandemic was faced with the rude cashier. I thought maybe she was just new, but her attitude was that she couldn't be harassed to do her job. Many eyes roll heavy sighs and look like they're done with life. I feel them, but they should have changed them to another place for the day. It wasn't just for us that she looked around other employees and left when she was asked to do something. When we finally got our food, it turned out that she didn't fix the order. Then the next couple spent looking for a clean place to eat. Tables full of food floor full of crumbs and sticky. I feel for the girl when it's the management that just gave up on the store.
I tried to call the restaurant but the number keeps ringing busy So I came to make a review not sure what's going on with this particular Chick-fil-A but this is the second time that I have ordered food and something has been wrong. this time box crunched up shoved in the box in and other nuggets just dropped in the bottom of the bag with the sauce on top. The last order fries were cold old and the brownie that I ordered was hard as a rock.

I've always been a fan of Chick-fil-A, but my two recent visits to their Virginia locations left me disappointed. They've nearly eliminated the landscaping in the parking lot and the seating areas, replacing them with designated pickup spots and a break room for employees. While the food is still fantastic, the overall atmosphere has suffered, making it hard to fully enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.
I went to this Chick-fil-A on 04/16/22 just to be specific and I ordered a few things and this mac and cheese was on my order and suddenly I saw something strange in my food , it was a hair in my food, they have to be more careful with that, many people eat their food and at least they should do things clean.
Usually have a good experience at Chick-fil-A and this trip was no exception. Had a very large order in the drive through and staff took very good care of us in the middle of peak lunch rush. Food was fresh and yummy as always!!
I asked for 2 spicy deluxe which comes with pepper jack cheese. Instead I got one spicy deluxe and 1 that?s a regular chick fil-a deluxe sandwich. Next time I know to use the app so I can make a complaint.

Food was good and nice and hot. Everything was very fresh. Good place to stop on a road trip. Mi amigo actually stopped there before we did. Definitely say it's a win for both us and Chick-fil-A.
