I know it was a busy time in the restaurant. but our waitress screwed the orders. I and my friend did not receive the food we ordered at all. we were without dinner and had our friends. share some of their food with us. no excuse. I don't know how it happened. they did not bring out any utensils, went somewhere lost, so we had to stand up and give up ourselves and get serviettes from the bar before eating gets cold. there were other people near the table who had the same problem and also complained. . they were advertised from spinach dip on the menu. they couldn't do moxito. I've been to Chief's a few times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately this last visit changed that. It wasn't very busy and it still managed disappoint. The service was mediocre, the serving staff hid inside talking to each other...and payed little attention to the patrons. The girl we had was nice but just hard to find when we needed something. I ordered the fish and chips, it was okay but lacked flavour. The same with the chicken fingers my friend ordered. My other friend ordered the veggie burger and said it was good until about halfway through her meal noticed that the tomato had moulded though. my fiancée is extremely lactose intolerant, but always very gracious about when we go to eat. she asked our waitress about some items on the menu to see if they were prepared with milk products. the waitress DIDN’T know which ingredients were used. to prepare some of the foods, and when she asked the cook, the answer of the cook was “not safe, no guarantees.” she decided to go with something safe a wrap, but ordered it without cheese. we waited almost an hour (for a burger and a wrap) and finally asked to go (we came to enjoy the sea, not sitting in a restaurant). when we got our food, the package was on it (after we expressly said that it was very lactose intolerant and ordered without chee...

I came to lunch on a beautiful Thursday afternoon, the pub saw a little dark for a sunny day, so I went to the terrace. I was greeted immediately and the hope was great with the lake above the road. I wanted to decide to win between the wings, taco or the spicy bark packaging and the bark packaging. it didn't take long to get it, but they forgot the salsa and I had to ask not a big thing. the waitress was friendly and the bark packing was great. I have the tweeper rings for one side and they were extra crispy. there was a fair amount of customers for a Thursday, so I can just imagine how busy this place is on a weekend. my suggestion would be to get there early.

My son and I ate there this past weekend. It was busy on the patio but two gentlemen that were seated inside. The greeter was a very pleasant lady but our waitress was terrible. She never asked once if we needed a refill on our...drinks nor did she come to ask how our meal was. From the time we ordered our dinner to the time we received it was hour and mins. Service was brutal and the food was nasty. My son and I ended going next door to subway. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Had some really good supper with my girlfriend the other day! We shared a couple appies and then got one of the specials. I recommend going there for a few drinks, but even more so with the new menu! They are improving every time I...come in! I'd say it is a must stop place for a good time with either friends or family while you soak up the sun and grab some grub and drinks. Can't wait to go back!

We went to this pub for a lunch before heading back home and found the restaurant mediocre. We sat out on the deck and enjoyed the sunshine. The server was accommodating to our group of people. However, the service was slow when it came...to food and drinks. The water was served in big plastic cups which felt cheap. The food was OK, but came in groups of with two salads coming right at the end.

We ate here in august of this year! I was very impressed with the friendly service! Out food was very fast and the location is great, being right across from the beach! I recommend eating out on the patio during the summer months! I would...definitely return!

had a wonderful lunch. the service was fast, even on the lively terrace. fish chips was a big part, I would have known that I had not ordered the extra piece. our waitress was very friendly. Chicken ceaser wrap was overcrowded with everything that is not bad.

The place is right on the lake and offers scenic views of the lake. The service was really good and refills were filled pretty quick. The food was awesome too. The patio gets really busy sometimes. Overall a good place to chill!
