We had a wonderful evening at Chilango. The service was exceptional! Everyone in our group was very pleased with their menu selections. I appreciated how the staff regularly cleared away empty plates, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere without clutter on the table. I also observed the waitstaff tidying up the bar area when they weren't serving, which assured me that cleanliness is a priority for the team, leading me to believe that the kitchen is well-maintained. I had a fantastic experience at Chilango! The margaritas were superb—perfectly balanced with just a touch of spice while still being refreshing. We shared the chicken nachos, which were full of flavor and generously topped. The half chicken was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the cheeseburger was just as impressive. I had come across a review calling it one of the best burgers they've ever had, and it absolutely lived up to that acclaim. I loved the atmosphere, and the service was both friendly and attentive.
