The waitstaff were truly impressive and we appreciated their service! However, the food fell short of expectations. Although it was a family gathering, we were disappointed to be served cold dishes. The white cheese dip was barely warm, and the pasta we ordered was the same. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for quite some time before it reached our table. I rarely dine out especially since covid so I went in expecting to get take-out. However, it was very slow so we took a table. I asked if it would be possible to remain away from people/for them to fill other nearby tables first since only bar seating was available. At first she seemed indifferent. Then things turned around (maybe she overheard me say we wouldn’t eat in after we all).She ended up offering us a space in an unoccupied area and began social distancing for us/waiting for us to re-mask. this is the worst experience my family had. our kartoffels were hot, our steak was probably medium and rare. eating my man was terrible. almost everything we got was hot. we had to get our own cute. one of our people even screamed and nobody came to help us. we had to literally call the load to help us. wait 20 minutes to see if someone would check us. I'll never eat here again. what sucks because we love this place. I do not recommend about 8pm-10pm in any case.
The server was excellent, and my two-year-old granddaughter enjoyed herself as well. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we received top-notch service throughout our visit. The server repeatedly checked on us, even with three other large parties dining at the same time, and she treated everyone exceptionally. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the classic nacho chips weren't as sharp as I remember them being in the past.

Our server Shayla was the absolute best! She was incredibly attentive, always refilled drinks, and made sure our food came quickly. She was considerate and made sure to let us know that there would be a wait for the mac and cheese. We hardly noticed the extra wait. Drinks, food, and appetizers were all excellent! Couldn't be happier.
Great food, very good service. They seem in a hurry but nothing is very fast. The drinks are made without much care or liquor compared to their other locations. It's worth going to eat there unless your wanting to get your buzz on .
We recently celebrated my nephew's birthday dinner with a group of 13 people. The restaurant did an excellent job accommodating our party. The selection and quality of the food were outstanding. I would definitely eat here again!
It's been a long time since I have been in, and the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers tasted just like how I remembered. Service was good, she was busy running like crazy but still kept us taken care of.
