I want to give this 5 Stars. My conundrum is between the food and the service. I have been going to Chili's for 20+ yrs always ordering the Santa Fe Salad or. Fajitas. This time it was Santa Fe. THE WORST SALAD EVER!! It came with a plate of lettuce and some thinly sliced grilled chicken, about 5 or 6 small skinny slices, and that was it! The service Rocked and McKenzie saved the entire experience by taking fabulous care of my daughter and me! She told me to choose what I wanted because she was going to fix it (sad salad). A decent place to grab a cheap sit-down menu. They offer vegetarian friendly options with their burgers, like the beef patty with a black beans that are very appreciated. Food quality and service depends very much on who works. The female black-haired bartender can be a bit rude when you sit in her section. She refused to serve my husband a black bean patty instead of a beef by insisting that the swap could not be made for the meal he had ordered. We had to get the manager to swallow the patty so my husband could eat. She also went on and about how she could never be vegetarians like us who are just strange. Ordered a family meal of Chilis and replaced a page with a Caesar salad. Used door Dash to make it easy. The order was delivered immediately, but the page salad was missing. I called and the young lady who answered the phone (which did not identify) offered me a side salad when I went there to pick it up. When I told her that she defeated the use of Door Dash, she claimed it was out of her hands and there was nothing she could do. I doubt that this is true and that she just didn't care that my order was completed. The food was acceptable, but the burgers were overcooked.

We had a fantastic dinner, and the waitstaff were wonderful, getting the children's meals to us almost right away. The kids' meal was mild, and our fajitas were cooked to perfection. We even placed a last-minute order, and it was ready before we had made much of a dent in our own food.

The food was fantastic. There were only two waitresses serving tables, and they were constantly moving about. Whenever they needed to clear plates from some of the younger staff in the kitchen, they would take care of it promptly. Overall, the service was excellent during our visit.

Do you hate enjoying your meal? Have burgers from other restaurants tasted too good? Then this is the place for you! I have never had a cheeseburger as soggy and tasteless as the one I had here tonight. I am thoroughly impressed.

This was the first time that we had hidden since the pandemic and although there was a slight waiting time, it was worth it. They were short staff, but the customer service was great, our waitress was great, food was delicious!

Weighted quite a long time to be seated once my meal came it was somewhat cold not too impressed.. My waitress was hard to fine.. Will be a while before I go back

I was with my husband. Although they work with 50% capacity... the manager helped team make transition tables help customers. Nice to see this; very refreshing!

You have to try the big mouthpieces they are amazing! I'll get them with the triple-head. You did not make the picture before my belly
