I ordered a family meal from Chili's and replaced one item with a Caesar salad, using DoorDash for convenience. The delivery was prompt, but unfortunately, the Caesar salad was missing from my order. When I called to address the issue, the young woman who answered the phone (without identifying the restaurant) offered me a side salad for when I picked up the order. I explained that this defeated the purpose of using DoorDash, but she insisted that it was out of her control and there was nothing she could do. However, the service was outstanding, and McKenzie truly made our experience memorable by taking fantastic care of my daughter and me! She encouraged me to choose what I wanted and promised to fix the sad salad. She really delivered! We received plenty of toppings that should have been included in the salad from the start. The rest of our meal was excellent, all thanks to McKenzie! If we return, we’ll definitely sit in her section and order the Fajitas!

The restaurant wasn't very busy, but the service was incredibly slow. The food was just average, and there were no drink refills offered. Although the server was friendly, they didn’t seem well-equipped to handle the job. This was my second visit to this location, and since it was for a birthday celebration, it turned out to be a disappointing choice. I think I've had enough after two visits, and I’ll be looking for other options next time.

I had a delightful lunch there today with my sister. The service was outstanding and prompt. I savored a rich bowl of potato and cheddar soup on a nicely cool day. I ordered takeout, including the barbecue pork ribs, but I was disappointed. The ribs were very dry on the outside, and the barbecue sauce was only partially applied, resulting in an overly salty flavor. The meat inside was tough and had a texture similar to old jerky. I wouldn't recommend this dish to anyone.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday the 18th and had a fantastic experience. My friend and I stopped by for a meal, and our server, Hannah, was amazing! Her attentiveness and friendly conversation really made our time enjoyable. I will definitely return and highly recommend sitting in her section!

We enjoyed a lovely dinner, and the waitstaff were excellent, promptly bringing out the kids' meals. The kids' dishes were at just the right temperature, and our fajitas were cooked perfectly. We even made a last-minute to-go order, and it was ready before we had even started on our own meals.

The food was amazing. There were just two waitresses attending to the tables, and they were always on the move. Whenever they needed to clear plates away from some of the younger kitchen staff, they did so promptly. Overall, the service was outstanding during our visit.

I had a lengthy wait before being seated, and when my meal finally arrived, it was somewhat cold. I wasn't very impressed. Additionally, my waitress was difficult to locate. It will be some time before I decide to return.
