After a long time we went to Chilli's and it was a wonderful experience. We were looking for vegetarian food and were not sure if we would have got many options but to our surprise and delight Chilli's have wonderful vegetarian options. Talking about the staff, the guy who took our order was a very polite and helpful person. We asked him to alter certain food items to make it vegetarian and not only he made those changes but added certain other food to make it a delicious entree. The staff from the greeting person to the order taking one was wonderful. Definitely sure of making more visits to Chili's and will be highly recommending it everyone we know.
The service left much to be desired. Our waiter seemed to overlook us completely, and one of my children’s orders was incorrect. On the upside, the manager did come by to apologize, which was a nice touch. However, the food was disappointing—definitely a case of shrinkflation! The portions were quite small, especially considering the high prices. While some may enjoy this restaurant, given the cost and the quantity served, I won’t be returning.
To begin with, our server was fantastic and very attentive to our needs at the table. Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. I ordered the 6-ounce sirloin steak, and it was extremely tough—almost like chewing on shoe leather. The cheesy potatoes and broccoli were tasty, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering steak here. I might consider coming back, but I would opt for a different dish next time that’s easier to chew.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Liz was our server, and we were really appreciative of her outstanding service. Our drinks were constantly full, as she ensured we received refills before we even had to request them. We had a lot of leftovers, and she generously gave us a big bag of chips and salsa to take home. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant was clean and welcoming. I visited for lunch with my 4-year-old. The bartender was managing the bar, lounge, and dining area, and although I can't remember her name, she remained very attentive even as things got busy. The staff was friendly, and it was clear they work well together as a team. I'm looking forward to going back!
We had a delightful experience at this restaurant. The service was exceptional, the restaurant was immaculate, and our food arrived quickly and tasted fantastic! After several disappointing meals recently, it was a breath of fresh air to find that Chili's consistently provides a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be coming back.
I caught the end of the Devils/Rangers game last week, and I had a great experience. The staff was fantastic, with servers Nikki and Gabriel being particularly attentive. The managers were also friendly and professional. I ordered the appetizer sampler and a Caesar salad with salmon, both of which were excellent.
Went in for a quick bite. No margaritas but only a diet coke and the sampler with 3 items. Sliders, boneless Buffalo wings and the Mexican egg rolls with a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. Pretty good. The tortillas were too oily to finish.

Among all the Chili's locations in my area, I think the Little Falls one is the best! I mainly visit for the lava cake, but the food is wonderful too. If you're in the mood for a quick meal, Chili's is an excellent choice.
