I have to say I'm quite disappointed in the quality of Chili's food. Don't get me wrong, the chips and salsa are still off the hook delicious, but our dishes left an awful lot to be desired. I ordered the salmon with rice and asparagus. The salmon was overcooked, the rice was dry, and the asparagus was past its prime, already fraying and hard. I ate it because I was traveling a long way, and I was hungry, but I was massively disappointed.The atmosphere was, for lack of a better word, depressed. Most of the people working there were very low energy, almost as though they were all just dialing it in. I wished we'd gone to the place next door.
Ordered for delivery on the app and received the wrong order. The order was also over 10 minutes late. I called about the issue and they said they still had the meal and asked me to pick it up because they don 't have drivers since delivery is through doordash. Terrible service as they didn 't even offer me a refund or a solution. They just said not sure how far you are but you can pick it up regardless of the delivery fee tip I already paid. Bad service, wouldn 't order for delivery again.
They frequently make mistakes with orders, and the service tends to be slow. It's common for someone at our table to be waiting for their meal while the rest of us are already enjoying ours. However, I have to admit that the food is delicious and the portions are generous. I'll give them credit for that.
Been a while since we've been back to Chili's, but I'm glad we did. The service was excellent. The food was very very good too. All four of our dishes were good. And lava cake for dessert was huge. And delish.

Despite rising prices everywhere, Chili's has kept its prices nearly the same since the pandemic. My kids absolutely love this place, and we've been coming here for almost five years!
All Chilis should strive to be like this spot . Hands down best Chili’s I’ve been too, food was hot, fresh tasty. Their cooks must be heaven sent 10/10
Quiet on a Tuesday night. Nevertheless, no surprises... A typical cookie-cutter chain restaurant experience.
The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. Parking was abundant and free.
