"Services subpar, they are very understaffed? The waitress we have was very accommodating. Dishes were dirty late on service, short of silverware. We waited so long to have our food delivered to us. I really think it needs to be on the new management. Food is very bland."

Very upset I didn’t receive my order and door dash tried calling Chili’s one time. When they didn’t answer he told me there is nothing he can do. The website linked my address to a chilis location in another state and the dasher left the order outside of an unknown consignment shop per her text. I’ve been hung up on and now out $60+ due to the website not working properly.
