Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

After an unsuccessful attempt to get dinner across the street at Barrett’s. We decided to go to Chilis. We’ve had meals here before and we’re very pleased. Party of 8 with kids. Staff seemed ok at first our drinks were brought out and refilled when needed. Side salad bowl was about half filled in am already small bowl. Steak was ordered no pink and had pink in it. Asparagus was cold, one Oder of fries were cold and 2 orders of ribs were barely warm. The quest was fantastic and our chips were refilled. As the night went on it seemed that our waitress was becoming more disgruntled based on the body language and responses she was giving us. Typically, talking while walking away and eye rolling...

great service great drinks, but couldn't pay me to eat had a simple chicken crisis and fryed with so-called coleslaw it wouldn't be a starving dog that got my wife fajitas and tasted like stealing from a campfire with burned pieces that know what in it. just tell if it was the last place on earth to get hungry from me.

Had an excellent server tonight. She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and joy. Made my evening out with my wife a wonderful experience. I was trying to rate her service on the survey but I guess I was too slow and it timed out. Tori was wonderful, a gem and a keeper!

Just like everywhere, they are short staffed, have have patience. Excellent food, drinks and service. Loved verite of choices on the menu.

Wish I could rate but we waited over an hour and never received our take out. Not going to this location again.
