Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

Tried to place an order in advance so that I could take my mom to lunch for her birthday while on my 1 hour lunch from work. First person told me they don’t do phone in orders I have to place it online. Then told me I would have to do curbside, pick it up and bring it back inside unpack it in order to dine in and place an order in advance (45 mins) spoke with manager Jacob who told me they can’t take reservations and in order to place an order in advance he would have to do a reservation and it’s against policy but once again I can order curbside and bring it inside. Tay was the best server I think I’ve ever had! He was extremely friendly and always seemed to be there when we needed him. I would come back just to see him.
