Potato Shak - Reserva de mesa

So this was my first time here and the food was amazing but the service was not good. The waitress helped, served, and cashed out 4 other people before even bringing us menus, let alone coffee. They only have a limited supply of biscuits and gravy, so get there early and get it while the getting is good. I would definitely recommend the food. Parking: There is not that much parking. Do not try to fit a big pickup truck in there... we tried, didn't work out, and just went a parkimg lot over. Kid-friendliness: We did not bring any of our children, but when we went in there, there were plenty of children. Paid $2.60 for a diet soft drink. When I requested a top off I was informed no refills on soft drinks. Yet I sat there and saw every other customer in the building drinking coffee and getting refill after refill after refill. When I brought this to the attention of the owner he tried this soft sell on me that I was only paying for what I drank. When I mentioned to him about the coffee drinkers he said oh they only have about four cups a piece. All I wanted was to have my drink topped off when she came by. The food is average at best, it's hard to mess up a couple of eggs and a sausage patty and some toast.

Great diner! Owner greets you when you arrive and thanks you when you leave (from the grill as he cooks). Eggs are perfect every time. Never any crusty stuff. I've been there dozens of times and never had a bad experience or meal. Service is great, and they keep your coffee cup full. Best breakfast spot ever!

Good food, high price, small portions. The cook told me to turn my phone off because it was too loud. I understand if it was actually loud but it was turned down low. Also, did anyone notice the cooks owner fake smile when he talked to people? Reserva una mesa ahora

The Shak Skillet (sausage, peppers, onions, and potatoes was generously sized. Many customers were greeted here by name. It's good old fashioned food with old fashioned prices. Parking: The parking lot is a little tight.

Had Shak skillet breakfast. Excellent taste sausage. Very. Ice flavorful blend. Very reasonable able price for portion. Fast service and quick delivery of a hot breakfast. Anxious to go back.
