I always like to give restaurants a fair chance, but my experience here was absolutely terrible! My food arrived burnt, as if it had been left sitting under the warmer for far too long. To top it off, my drink, which was supposed to accompany my meal, didn't come until I was nearly finished eating. By that point, I had lost my appetite for the food. It was clear that the place had no organization and was managed by someone who didn't seem to care at all. The service was extremely slow, and most of the tables were vacant. My order was initially incorrect, and by the time they got it right, everyone at my table had already finished their meals and was ready to leave. The waitress didn't provide napkins or drink refills. Meanwhile, the host, who was clearing tables, went to the back to retrieve my food without washing his hands. I was incredibly disappointed and disgusted. The chicken in the Caesar salad tasted just like the frozen chicken you find in the grocery store.
Service was very slow and most of the tables were empty my order was wrong And when they finally got it right everybody at my table was done eating and ready to go waitress didn’t give us napkins not drink refills the host was clearing tables and also want to the back n got my food and didn’t wash his hands I was so disappointed and disgusted the chicken added in the Caesar salad was just like the chicken in the frozen aisle in the grocery store taste just like it
I still love the skillet queso after all these years. I also tried the Santa Fe chicken salad, which I found to be delicious. One small thing that I particularly enjoyed was their iced tea! As a big tea drinker, the quality of a restaurant's iced tea can make a big difference for me. The downside of my visit to Chili's was that it took a few minutes for anyone to welcome me and seat me, and they only had yellow packets for sweetener, not sweet n low.

My server was the bomb!!! Very chill guy even made a offer on mixing the potatoe soup with the chicken enchilada soup and it was so very good!!! The food was decently priced and everything was pretty good must say I'm pretty impressed 2 can eat including a drink for 20.00 plus tip and tax I couldn't complain!!! And my dad was happy and didn't cost me a arm and a leg win win!!!
At Chili's Grill, the food arrived cold, with clams that were overcooked and not properly cleaned. The pasta was also served cold, and the cheese on the quesadilla wasn’t melted. The salad left much to be desired as well. Overall, the menu at Chili's Grill did not meet expectations, resulting in a very disappointing dining experience.
Visit was pleasant. The service from staff was good. Kitchen was a little slow, but they are short staffed so it was well understood. But the most important part is that the food did not disappoint. So if chosing to go to this location just be patient with them they are trying and working hard. It is worth the wait.
The restaurant was mostly empty, yet we had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. They didn't even let us sit down and get comfortable while we waited. Our group of eight was squeezed into a small table, so we had to rearrange our seats to accommodate everyone. We ended up leaving just as the restaurant was closing.

The experience was awful. We placed our drink orders and waited a long time for the bartenders to serve them. When the drinks finally came, they were cold. Although the fries were replaced, they were still very disappointing.
