As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I immediately felt the need for air conditioning. It was a scorching 100 degrees outside, and I was exhausted, hungry, and thirsty. The smell of food from the kitchen welcomed me as I entered, and I noticed a few empty martini glasses on the bar, still with salt on the rims. I sat down, picked up a menu, and took a quick glance at it. While waiting to place my order, I found myself distracted by the televisions on the wall. I decided to give this restaurant another chance, despite a previous bad experience with their chili. Unfortunately, we had to wait half an hour for our food, which arrived lukewarm. The pasta was cold and the steak portion was much smaller than expected - it should have been 6 ounces. The only positive aspect of our meal was the service we received from our server. Although I didn't catch her name, she was very friendly and patient.

I dined at Chili's in Hot Springs, Arkansas back in June. Upon returning home, I discovered that they had double charged my credit card. The manager assured me that it would be resolved within 7 to 10 days and refunded to my account. However, after 20 days, I had yet to receive any refund. Despite calling multiple times, there was no answer and I was very dissatisfied with the service.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way home and had a very friendly server who always made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, arrived as ordered, and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. It was a pleasant surprise to have such outstanding service compared to our local Chili's back home. We will definitely be returning here!
