Chili's Grill - Reserva de mesa

I visited last night and ordered coffee. I had to ask two staff members where my coffee was, and it turns out they had accidentally spilled the pot and needed to make a new batch. I’m curious what really happened to my coffee. Unfortunately, my server didn’t seem apologetic about the delay in my order. I used to enjoy this place, but it seems like their service has declined.

This was my first disappointing experience at a Chili's. The Bloody Mary was missing all the usual extras like celery and olives. The Sauvignon Blanc served was warm, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the queso dip was excessively salty. Our server was pleasant, but seemed overwhelmed with too many tables, causing delays in service.

Our waiter Eric made our experience enjoyable. He was informative about the menu, friend, and attentive. The food was also surprisingly enjoyable. I'll definitely be back for more of Erics recommendations. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant, Chili, isn't anything extraordinary, but it offers decent prices for a good meal. We sat at the bar, and while the bartender was very friendly, the overall experience felt a bit lacking.
