I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch, and I must say, the experience was quite disappointing. The food was below average, earning only a 1 out of 5. However, the service was a bright spot, receiving a solid 4 out of 5 – the staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere of the place was decent, scoring a 3 out of 5, but unfortunately, the poor quality of the food overshadowed these positive aspects. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless you’re only looking for good service.
This was my first time dining at Chili’s, and I was pleasantly surprised! The Oldtimer with cheese was a juicy and delicious burger, and even the fries were seasoned just right. I also tried the skillet chocolate chip cookie after a long time, and it was absolutely amazing! It melted in my mouth and was a delightful special treat. The service was excellent overall, with a surprisingly short wait time for dinner, even during peak hours.
They sat us in the noisy section right out in the mall to be watched eating by passersby while the entire restaurant was full of empty tables. My entree, which is a personal favorite, didn't taste like it normally does and was a bit smaller as well. And someone REALLY needs to clean their taps for beverages because their water tasted stale and dirty. Service: Dine in
Always a great spot to go to at the Palisades Mall. The wait is always 10min or less compared to other places that's 1hr or 1.5. The food is fresh, hot, and fast. The waiters are great. The service is why we keep coming back. Josh was great!!

It was my first time dining there, and I absolutely loved it! The service was great, and we had the chicken fajitas. I wasn't expecting the rice to be spicy, but it was still delicious. Thank you!

Cold beer, tasty margarita and not having to do anymore shopping today. Endless chips and salsa too.
