This restaurant is one of our go-to spots, but unfortunately, we've encountered poor service during our last three visits. One of those times was during a busy period, which we can understand, but the other two were less justifiable. On one occasion, they actually forgot to place our order in the kitchen, and we waited 45 minutes before they realized the mistake! They did manage to prepare one of our entrees as a compensation, at least.
During our most recent visit, one of the kids tried the new chicken sandwich, and it was served undercooked (the crispy chicken was quite a surprise!). We suspect this could be due to it being a new item on the menu and possibly the staff needing more train...
I sat at the bar, but the bartender seemed completely unaware of what was going on around her. I ordered a margarita and chips with salsa, plus chicken fajitas to take away. Not once was I asked if I wanted another drink. The bartender barely stayed behind the bar. When the food runner brought my to-go order, I had to wait for the bartender to close my tab since she never gave me a tablet to pay. Then I got home and found there were no tortillas included. What happened to good customer service?
Cold food poor tasting food.... I went to this location twice recently and in both visits the food came to me cold. The first time it was the French fries and the second time it was the beans with the fajitas I ordered. Its sad because I use to enjoy the Chillis franchises around the country but recently the quality at all of the ones I have been to has been bad. Corp needs to get involved and really focus on the quality of the service but more importantly the food.
I've been to many Chili's locations, and I have to say that Hannah, our server, was fantastic. She kept a smile on her face even during the busy Sunday afternoon rush. Our orders were brought out quickly, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and overall, I would definitely give it a 5-star rating. Highly recommended!

This sports bar and restaurant serves great drinks in a vibrant setting. I’m a big fan of their shrimp tacos and southwest egg rolls. The bartenders are skilled, making the experience enjoyable. Be sure to try the Mexican corn on the cob—it’s incredibly tasty!
Had a lovely great time at the Chili's me and my teenage awesome son walked over paid a visit to the neighborhood Chili's in Allen Texas the food was fast to the table presentable edible and tasty my boy was happy and hell so was I!
This is the best Chili’s I’ve been to so far. The food was amazing, and the service was top-notch. The standout of the night was definitely the molten chocolate cake—it’s an absolute must-try and sheer perfection!

Great service, our waiter was attentive. The restaurant was clean and it was a nice atmosphere. I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad with avocado and it tasted great.
Went during middle of week, just before noon. Good service. Good food. Prices reasonable.
