I visited your restaurant today at around 2 p.m. on October 2, 2022. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the host at the entrance, who was quite rude and seemed to act as if she owned the place. She insisted that we sit in the bar area, despite our preference for a booth where there were plenty of empty seats, and there was a wait of 10 to 15 minutes. I noticed she treated other guests the same way after us. When we asked to speak with the manager, she responded dismissively. The service was terrible; we were ready to spend a good amount of money, but the customer service we received was unacceptable. This chili is truly impressive—it's a job well done! The service is fast and the food tastes great, except for the ribs. They advertise them as "falling off the bone," but in reality, they don't come off that easily. As someone who has barbecued ribs, brisket, and various meats using the 2-2-1 method, I can assure you that it really works for achieving tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs. Overall, this is a fantastic family restaurant with delicious food.

Visited tonight and we were seated relatively quickly. We sat there for 20mins and no one came to take our drink or menu order. My husband noticed that a family that was seated long after us got their drinks and were placing their order. We ended up justleaving. There were no servers or hosts in sight to let anyone know. There's no point in coming here, it's a colossal waste oftime.

I went on a bust Friday night but the customer service was excellent, the food was so good. And the bar made their drink to perfection. I was worried the service wasn’t gonna be so great since I have experience other places have subpar service when busy but I was very impressed with how they worked under pressure.

Chili's has become my go-to restaurant since the indoor dining ban. The food is excellent, the service is fantastic, and their online ordering system is one of the most user-friendly I've encountered. Every experience has been wonderful! The steak I had today was cooked to perfection!

I was in a few different Chilis locations on site and this was probably the best. I usually command the same every time and they did it so well at this place! The staff was beautiful and about everything. The store was clean and in good repair. I definitely go back!

The food was incredible! As part of the $25 deal meant for two people, I had a mid-sized, rare Sirloin accompanied by broccoli and corn. I shared this meal with my dad, and his dish looked fantastic as well!

Excellent curbside service with a nice attentive runner . Burger was juicy and cooked to perfection as part of the 3 for $10. On a chilly night the tortilla soup was also satisfying.

Their prices are very reasonable and the food is good and so is the customer service so all the way around you can't lose.
