My last three visits have been for take-out orders, and they could definitely use some improvement. For over 20 years, I've been enjoying their chicken fajitas, but they have altered the recipe over the years, so I modify my order to get the original version. Despite repeatedly requesting no salsa and no pico de gallo, it always arrives anyway. Similarly, I ask for no beans and no rice, but they still include them. They've also forgotten the bell peppers on two occasions. On the bright side, I'm happy that the cilantro butter is no longer included! We absolutely love their soups! On a chilly, rainy day, there's nothing better than a warm bowl of soup paired with chips and tortilla chips. The place was quite busy and nearing closing time, so it's understandable that they ran out of baked potato soup and the sides of loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. I suspect that the amount of crispy chicken in my entree was somewhat increased due to the missing sides that were supposed to be included with my order. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing. Typically, I’m quite understanding when it comes to service issues, especially since I've worked as a server myself and know that everyone has off days. However, this experience was notably poor. We waited 45 minutes for soup—yes, soup! Eventually, our server informed us that it was frozen, and we wouldn’t be able to get it. That’s fine, but why did it take 45 minutes to communicate that? We decided to cancel the soup, but we still had to remind the server at the end to take it off our bill. The manager was hardly visible and didn’t seem to be providing much support for her staff. I came to Thornton for work and decided to grab lunch at Chili's. I ordered curbside but ended up waiting for 20 minutes. When I called to check on my order, I was told they weren't handling curbside pick-ups anymore and that I needed to come in, but the food still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting even longer inside for my meal. To make matters worse, my drink was incorrect, and the food itself wasn't anything to write home about. The experience was good, though we had a bit of a wait because of a change in staff and not enough team members on hand. I ordered the 3 for $10.99 honey chipotle chicken crispers, but I received mashed potatoes instead of fries and broccoli instead of corn on the cob. Everything was served hot as I had requested, and our hostess was very attentive, so I made sure to give her a good tip.

The food was served hot fast and it was tasty ???? there was tiny mistake and a kind girl helping out our server Logan accidentally gave us the wrong sandwich. As my partner and I discussed there might have been a mistake Logan was already at ourtable fixing the issue. Amazing attentive employees thank you for this experience!

Excellent service and even better food! I visited during a quieter time of day, around 1 PM, and everything was wonderful. The food was cooked to perfection and offered fantastic value. I particularly enjoy Chili's healthy options, such as the margarita chicken, and I substituted the sides for broccoli and corn.

Went in for happy hour and they didn't have some items on their happy hour menu. But the drinks made were good! Only down side is they are really short staffed right now so you might have to wait to get another drink/refill or if you need other things. Reserva una mesa ahora

I’ve been stopping by here for lunch these past few days and I’m not a big Chili’s guy personally but David has taken care of me every time and has provided outstanding customer service. Very personable and respectful! Thanks David!
