Chili's Grill - Reserva de mesa

I'm not from here, but stop at this chili's thinking it was a safe bet. My mistake. No one is around to sit you, the place smell weird and floors are dirty. Food was ok as best. Two of my family had stomachache after eating here. Even if I was fromthis town, I wouldn't come back. Food looked nice, but it wasn't fresh.

Service was extremely slow. Took 10 minutes for anyone to show up for seating. When they did, it was a manager who said they'd be right with us and didn't appear again until well after the bartender seated us. Cooler down so beer selection was minimal. Only have a limited bar stock and food was good.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9 PM, knowing it closes at 10 PM. I was alone, and as I sat down, the bartender noticed me. He then asked the other customers at the bar what time it was. I just wanted to clarify if we were still able to order.

I ordered my food online, and everything was perfect! The takeout staff, I believe her name was Maya, did an excellent job. She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion! The service throughout the restaurant was great as well! Reserva una mesa ahora

The Cajun pasta was quite dry, and the Texas fries lacked any cheese. The fajita chicken and steak were undercooked, and the side salad looked as if it had been dropped on the floor, picked up, and tossed back into the box.

We had the best waitress we've ever encountered at any restaurant! Her name is Lizzy, and she was incredibly attentive. We took the time to speak with the manager to share how amazing she was.
