Chili's Grill - Reserva de mesa

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the service is definitely improving. However, during a visit several months ago, we experienced a disappointing situation. We arrived and stood by the door for ten minutes waiting to be seated, but no hostess appeared. The waitresses, who clearly saw us walk in and even made eye contact, completely ignored us. Instead of acknowledging our presence, they continued their conversation in an almost empty restaurant as if we weren't there at all. This was quite rude. At the very least, they should have greeted us and informed us that the hostess would be with us shortly. Unfortunately, their lack of attention cost them our business that day.

I would give this place zero stars. Through conversations with some younger patrons, I learned that one of the nighttime bartenders serves alcohol to underage workers after hours and even gives out complimentary to-go drinks to them. This is completely unacceptable. They should be let go, and corporate should be notified to take action against this restaurant. In today's world, such behavior is intolerable.

Hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. The service is usually lacking, lots of children working there. They won't read instructions on how to prepare your meal. They won't deliver curbside after you check in and wait. They'll forget to include items you paid for with your takeout. The combo lunch offered a generous portion of food and plenty of filler for just $10.99. The staff was clearly stretched thin, as the person covering multiple roles like hostess, server, and cashier was juggling between shifts. Despite the management's apparent lack of staffing to meet customer demand, the service was commendable.

The service is consistently good, and the food is always excellent. I ordered takeout for dinner and spent about $50–100 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying the Mexican Street Corn, Margarita Chips, and Salsa.

The chicken fajitas are fantastic, with generous portion sizes and reasonable prices. The service is friendly and there’s little to no wait. I highly recommend this spot for families and kids. Plus, the shopping plaza it’s in has a nice variety of stores to choose from.
