Chili's Grill - Reserva de mesa

Pulled in, text check in for curbside pickup. Promptly came to get my payment, then sat there as 4 other vehicles pull up and leave before me. On that 4th one getting thier order before us, 2nd gal said the 1st gal who took payment was bagging ours up.Nope, she came out with bag for 4th car. So, I get out and walk up to door. As I'm opening it, it was in fact bagged by 2nd gal(pink hair), who seemed to be out- working the other gal. First gal, brunette pony tail. Then, we get back to Hotel and Nachoslooked and felt a week old, and half eaten. I ordered a cup of soup, and a bowl of soup. They both came in a cup. I believe our regular Chili's location is severely understaffed, and that has influenced my review. Unfortunately, the last three visits have been disappointing at best. Getting consistent service in the bar area is nearly impossible, and the waitstaff only comes to take your order, if you're fortunate, before the check is presented. I've had to go to the To-Go counter myself to request takeout boxes and other items. I've noticed 4 to 6 staff members hanging around in the back, seemingly without any clear tasks. It shouldn't take two hours to enjoy a meal and receive the check or takeout items. While the food remains excellent, the overall experience has suffered due to the staffing issues.

Service was great, the food on the other hand was not so good. I got the chili lime shrimp tacos with rice and beans the shrimp were not the warmest and didn't have much flavor. We also got the spinach dip as an appetizer it was pretty good but the chipswere very greasy and thin. This place is way over priced for the quality of food.

We really enjoy the lunch special that allows you to choose your drink, appetizer, and entrée. We always go for the fajitas! Apologies for taking the picture after we finished, but it was just too delicious to resist! The service was great, too. I ordered a to-go bowl for $12 and was really disappointed. It had hardly half a chicken breast, just two small slices of brown avocado, a few shreds of lettuce, and not even a cup of rice. This is unacceptable. I won't be returning to Chili's again!

I had a pleasant dining experience. The service was excellent. I found the steak slightly undercooked; I ordered it medium, but it came out more on the rare side. However, it was still tasty. On a positive note, the Telluride brown ale was fantastic!

Served raw meat paired with rotten beans and microwaved the meat as a fix. Ew.
